    Hi! What are your stats and goals?
    Are you using a food scale and weighing all of your food in grams (liquids in cups/oz)?

    My goal is to loose 2lbs a week. I’m getting married in November and would like to loose a significant amount of weight. I think I had my calorie goal a bit high today because I wasn’t hungry but was eating anyway 🤷🏼‍♀️ my new calorie goal is 1200. I’m working out 6 days a week.

    I’m 30. 5’3. 198lbs. Lightly active. MFP set my calories at 1600. I had a hard time eating that much 😭

    I suspect that you are eating way more than 1200 calories if you are not weighing your food and struggling to eat the goal MFP has given you. Weighing accurately is an eye opener and a game changer. Weighing prepackaged food will also result in greater accuracy.
