    July 14 - 77.8kg Cheat day yesterday, but much more conservative than last week - and weight is stable. Yusss.
    July 15 - 79.2kg Ah, the fluctuations. Clothes fitting better.
    July 16 - 78.8kg Big meal last night, but still within my range. I’ve been skipping lunch (or having a snack only) to save most of my calories for dinner, but I’m going to switch it up and have a light lunch and medium dinner from here. My stomach seems to have shrunk anyway, so I have a hard time fitting in a big dinner now. Magic how little things change along the way...
    July 17 - 76.7kg!!!

    July 21 - 78.2kg Big cheat day yesterday with a late final meal, so this isn’t surprising. Also worked out for 2.5 hours total, so hoping this comes off fairly quickly.
    July 22 - 78.2kg Fun with fluid retention!
    July 23 - 77.7kg Looking lean in the mornings, despite the fluctuations. Still eating majority of my food at dinner, which affects my weigh-ins. Been working out hard and my endurance boxing on the heavy bag has markedly improved. For the first time, it really does feel like the number on the scale is just part of the story.
    July 24 - 77.7kg Am I bovvered? Great workout last night and my work pants are looooose

    July 03-196...I really want to see 180 by the end of July I am exhausted with the 190's feels like I have been here for months. I am declaring by the end of this month I will see 180 something on that scale!!!!
    July 04-Did not weigh myself today I was so busy cooking IN lol for family was to hot to cook OUT but we did go swimming in the pool.
    July 05-195.6 I am on my way back down yayy!!! doing 1200 calories a day and at my second job I do so much walking I need to get a fitbit to calculate my steps....Enjoy your weekend everyone :)

    I am losing so slowly now that I am almost at my maintenance weight. I am really trying to get below 144 (which is "normal" BMI weight supposedly on the chart at least) this month and will be the top of my maintenance weight. I want to ultimately reach 138 so that I have that room to be able to indulge and not freak out with a fluctuation. I am doing 14 days no alcohol right now to see if it jump starts my loss, but so far it hasn't really changed anything.

    SW: 178 lbs
    MGW: 143 lbs
    UGW: 138 lbs
    CW: 145.9

    May 30 - 145.9 a new low to end the month!
    July 1 - 146.5 was lower yesterday, but I am still happy with this on a Monday. Day 7 no alcohol
    July 2 - 145.9 day 8 of no alcohol. 6 more to go to see if I see any changes
    July 3 - 145.9 same no change no alcohol day 9 and not seeing much of a difference at this point.
    July 4 - 145.9 again! Uuugghh
    July 5 - 146.7 up a bit from yesterday. More food than usual. 11 days no alcohol and no major weight changes
    July 6 - 146.4 maintenance calories yesterday.Not the best food choices,but not over calories.Sodium was higher than normal though.
    July 7 - 148.1 lots of alcohol last night for the fights. Will be gone by tomorrow or the next day hopefully.
    July 8 - 148.9 just the rest of Saturday nights gains. All in all an amazing 4 day weekend with family and friends.
    July 9 - 147.6 down a bit, hopefully I will be back at my starting weight soon (took me 1 day to gain and 2-3 to lose it)
    July 10 - 147.6 was hoping it would be lower but had a drink while making dinner with my hubby. So its deserved
    July 11 - 146.3 almost back to where I started the month. Maybe I will finally see a new low tomorrow or Saturday
    July 12 - 144.6 A new low and I am so excited to see progress! 1.6 lbs to go and I will officially be out of the overweight category
    July 13 - 144.6 same 😁😁
    July 14 - 146.8 had my cheat meal last night. Was extremely high in sodium and carbs. Only about 100 calories over though
    July 15 - 150.5 went to zoo and walked a lot in 100 degree weather. 1 meal all day, almost double my sodium allowance
    July 16 - 148.2 coming back down. 3.6 pounds left to be back to Fridays weight
    July 17 - 148.7 no idea why it went up or has been so high. Just normal fluctuations I guess
    July 18 - 147.3 still coming back down from whatever made me jump up so high. still have plenty of time to get back down
    July 19 - 145.3 Finally! What ever the last couple of days was is almost gone. Hopefully I can see a loss tomorrow
    July 20 - 145.3 school shopping at the mall, grocery shopping, house cleaning, and laundry. Should burn some calories today lol
    July 21 - 145.9 just a normal weekend bounce. Ate half a sub from firehouse subs.
    July 22 - 147.3 dang-it!Was doing so good.Didn't over eat and was very active all weekend.Hopefully sodium and will be gone soon
    July 23 - 146.7 going back down,but was really hungry all day yesterday.So I snacked and ate more dinner than I should have.

    July 4 152.6 TOM ??? Woke up feeling bloated, water retention.

    July 6-151.0 busy day yesterday. Drank a ton of water to help with the TOM bloat.
    July 7 152.6 between my TOM and sun exposure I'm getting frustrated.
    July 8- 151.0 lots of exercise and water yesterday.
    July 9 -150.4 keep doing what you're doing and you will get there.
    July 10- 150.4 diet is doing better, need to drink more water during the day.

    July 22 -145.8 plenty of water, light walk yesterday.
    July 23 - 146 was feeling a lot of period bloat yesterday. Dont feel I drank enough water.
    July 24-146.4 scale is going in the wrong direction. Yesterday there was junk food at work, and again with the TOM bloating. Very frustrated, just keep on moving.

    July 9 11.09 was hoping to see a bit lower. Only had 600 calories yesterday. low again today then and lots of water. see what tomorrow brings.
    July 10- 11.08 going down but again hoping for lower. 4 pounds to go to monthly weight goal.
    July 11- yes 11.07 one more pound to loss 1 stone.
    July 12- 11.07 one more pound for the stone.
    July 13 - 11.07. Going to be a hard weekend. At a swimming gala with the girls all weekend. Must drinks lots hot poolside.

    July 15- 11.07 Hard weekend poolside. Then car broke down and we all had to wait 4 hours. Eat late last night after 10pm.
    July 16 - 11.07 getting a bit fed up with this weight. Eat very low but little water.
    July 17 - only had 900 calories but still 11.7. More water today.
    July 18 - need motivation really getting fed up of being on this weight 11.07 low calories again yesterday.
    July 19 - no surprise 11.07
    July 20 - 11.06 at last. 1 stone gone. 2 pounds for goal this month.

    July 4 - 145.9 again! Uuugghh
    July 5 - 146.7 up a bit from yesterday. More food than usual. 11 days no alcohol and no major weight changes
    July 6 - 146.4 maintenance calories yesterday.Not the best food choices,but not over calories.Sodium was higher than normal though.
    July 7 - 148.1 lots of alcohol last night for the fights. Will be gone by tomorrow or the next day hopefully.
    July 8 - 148.9 just the rest of Saturday nights gains. All in all an amazing 4 day weekend with family and friends.
    July 9 - 147.6 down a bit, hopefully I will be back at my starting weight soon (took me 1 day to gain and 2-3 to lose it)
    July 10 - 147.6 was hoping it would be lower but had a drink while making dinner with my hubby. So its deserved
    July 11 - 146.3 almost back to where I started the month. Maybe I will finally see a new low tomorrow or Saturday
    July 12 - 144.6 A new low and I am so excited to see progress! 1.6 lbs to go and I will officially be out of the overweight category

    July 14 - 146.8 had my cheat meal last night. Was extremely high in sodium and carbs. Only about 100 calories over though
    July 15 - 150.5 went to zoo and walked a lot in 100 degree weather. 1 meal all day, almost double my sodium allowance
    July 16 - 148.2 coming back down. 3.6 pounds left to be back to Fridays weight
    July 17 - 148.7 no idea why it went up or has been so high. Just normal fluctuations I guess
    July 18 - 147.3 still coming back down from whatever made me jump up so high. still have plenty of time to get back down
    July 19 - 145.3 Finally! What ever the last couple of days was is almost gone. Hopefully I can see a loss tomorrow
    July 20 - 145.3 school shopping at the mall, grocery shopping, house cleaning, and laundry. Should burn some calories today lol
    July 21 - 145.9 just a normal weekend bounce. Ate half a sub from firehouse subs.

    July 25--191 I am going on a mini vacation as of today won't be back until 7/30, with one more day to spare in this month I am happy with the 191. If I don't gain a pound over this 4 day mini vaca I will be so overjoyed, if not we will begin again in August. I have learned to really appreciate the ounces of weight loss. I remember when nothing mattered unless it was a 5 to 10 pound weight loss. I am so different now, and I'm grateful for all of you!!
