Protein powder and shrimp. Eggs and dairy products (cheeses and yogurt) are a good second place. I don't really like chicken, I especially cannot stand white meat, and it's not safe to eat tuna/most of the other fish I like every single day. I don't eat red meat more than once a week.

Wondering how the daily chicken eaters cook their chicken? I'd like to eat chicken daily but can't imagine cooking it often enough to do that. Maybe you're eating (pre-cooked) chicken lunch meat or something like that?

I like to buy 1 or 2 lbs of chicken thighs at the store on Sunday and cook up a dish for lunches for the week. Usually I marinate and pan-fry them, then slice them for chicken tacos, use them in a curry or 1-skillet meal, or use them in a slow-cooker recipe like chicken chili.

My go-to proteins; chicken thighs, tuna, and those pure protein bars (taste less weird than quest bars, which leave a bad taste in my mouth sometimes).

Turkey. 1/3 of turkey's mass is protein.
