Notes : good morning ☀️. It’s going to be a busy day for me today. No workout this morning. Headed to the pharmacy in a few to pick up what I need then headed to the hospital for my outpatient surgery. I’m feeling a bit worried about it. Mostly about any pain or discomfort I may feel during and after. I’ve stopped IF as I need to eat breakfast before I go in. I’ll get back on it tomorrow or day after depending on how I’m feeling. Back again for another month. I have 2 months left before I turn 40 (aaaggghhh) years old. This month I have officially been on here a year and thought I would have met my goal and crushed it already, lol. I'm close, but have not hit it yet. I have also changed it and lowered it a couple of times so that may be the reason too. Good luck everyone! Let's make July a good one!

Hey! My name is Steph. I’m 5’3” and 29yo-Wil be 30 next month...ahhhh!! I’ve been trying to lose weight for what seems like forever. Really want to get this weight off and start living my best life! Notes : good morning ☀️. My procedure yesterday went well. Unfortunately it was quite painful. The heavy duty work was pain free but quite scary and what I did feel was when they were closing up. I felt every stich and staple 😭. But I’ve been putnonnsome pretty heavy meds so I am feeling much better today. The surgeon has left a drain in which may or may not be taken out tomorrow. This depends on how much fluid I have coming out. I’m going for a short walk this morning so I don’t lose the habit of going out for workouts but I promise I will take it slow. I’ve had to stop IF for the time being due to the meds. I have to take them with meals.7 -

Let’s see if I can get this done with vacation this month. I agree with @stricklee11 and I hope it’s better then June was.
Feeling very body positive and happy with how far I’ve come so even though I want to get to my destination, I’m ok with a slow journey.
I’m rocking a size 10 on the bottom and mostly size small for tops. One year ago I was a size 22 and xxl large. Mind blowing, I literally dont always recognize myself in mirrors or pictures.
Let’s keep going!

Total loss for July: June wasn't a good month. Halfway into the first week of July, I have lost a tiny bit. I will have to estimate a July 14 weight from a before-after because I won't be near a scale that day. I'm at the very top of my maintenance range, and I don't like that. I have sort of updated my goals, and I've expanded my maintenance range to 140-150, so that gives me a little room. I'm still trying to dial in the best maintenance range, and my original goal may have not been sustainable. We'll see. I have YEARS to keep trying this, right?

That’s right. We have to remember and accept that this is a lifetime commitment. It’s not just a diet to reach goals it’s a lifetime of healthy eating and staying active. You are doing so well. It’s great to know that there is no rush in finding and setting our maintenance range. Keep at it and you will find where you are happy.4 -

Notes : good morning ☀️. Up at 4:30 am. Haven’t been sleeping well for the past couple of weeks. Been averaging 4-5 hours a night. I think the early sunlight has something to do with it as we have to sleep with the windows open. As soon as the light hits me I’m wide awake. It’s so flipping annoying. Gonna start to slowly get ready for my day. I have my appointment with my surgeon this morning and hopefully they will remove this drain and check how the wound is healing up. I hope I can take a full shower tonight. Haven’t had a shower since Wednesday morning and I am stanky. Have a blessed day peeps.10
