    3rd - 148.7 (Trend Weight 149.1)
    4th - 148.1 (Trend Weight 149.0)

Thoughts: Head back in the game, and seeing the numbers in my goals edge back up. This is going to be a week of slamming it at work - so I'm going to be fighting for steps and will need to stay focused.

Yes @dawnbgethealthy - I had been tracking gardening - not sure why I slacked off on that. 😏

    July Game Plan & Goals:
    • Continue weekly meal planning
    • Log daily in MFP - focus on daily calorie deficit goal of 500
    • No calorie intake after 8pm
    • Hit Fitbit step goal of 5000, then increase to 6000 - 7 day average 2642 ⬇
    • Hit active minutes goal of 25 minutes daily, then increase to 30 - 7 day average 32 ⬆
    • Hit strength building exercise goal of 6 days, then increase to 7 - 7 day average 3 ⬆

Yesterday hubby took us to a sports shop and I got me a few workout outfits and a new toy! So excited to start using it today. I did my usual walk this morning and tonight when the tv comes on, (finally starting to watch stranger things) I’m hopping on my new stepper! Wishing you all a blessed Sunday! [/b]

You've got a keeper! I have one of those, with no resistance bands on it - but I bet I could hook some up!

Cool! Do you use it modern or does it tend to get boring?

Modern? I use it a couple of times a week - trying to get to 10+ minutes. I have trouble with my knees and balance, so it's a slow process. Not doing it long enough for boredom to set in yet 😏 Congrats on the whosh! 🎉🎉

Argh my fat fingers sorry. I am constantly making typos. I meant to say do you use it often. Either way you answered.

I do it 30 minutes at a time and the pace depends on the song playing so I kinda dance on it too. The 10 minute mark is the hardest. That’s when my thighs really burn then it gets easier.

I bought some Turkey Bratwurst 130 calories. 130 calories for the bun...and I got my "hot dog" fix : - )

Ahh wonderful. Now we can move passed the hotdog cravings lol. No stress about the scale. You are feeling heavier is a good sign. I expect you will see a nice drop soon especially if you’ve even doing good.

Update: I definitely indulged the first few days: family bday celebrations and 4th of July food fun. So, the carbs and sugar showed up on the scale for now, but I'm getting back on track. I hope after this 5-day detox, I should make a break through.

7/6th back in the 180s, hopefully not for long...

Notes : Good Morning everyone. No run this morning but I did complete a 30 minute brisk walk. I won’t have time for my stepper as I have to get ready for my post op appointment with my surgeon. I will attempt the stepper this evening after my evening walk if I’m not too tired. The scale is still being good to me which is getting my motivation up there. Nothing like seeing results to get you really going. Wishing you all a wonderful day ❤️💪🏻

I feel your pain Stella. I was stuck in the 230s for about 6 yrs before joining MFP. It felt like a vortex to me but through the grace of God I finally broke through. What did it for me was to be a little uncomfortable and let some habits go, whether it was food or lifestyle. Hope this helps. Praying for ya.

I will be weighing daily, it keeps me accountable and motivated and shows trends
    Starting weight October 28.18 - 191
July goal (since I hit 160 3 times in June) is 155
    Ultimate goal 115

July 01 - 163.1 - Still up from eating ribs in June, I will have to lay off those for at least a few months
July 02 - 165.6 - !!! that is more than I was at the beginning of June. Hopefully just a blip.
    July 03 - 162.0
    July 04 - 160.8
July 05 - 162.5 - oh well, 25 more days to hopefully get out of the 160s
    July 06 - 162.5
    July 07 - 162.2
July 08 - 163.5 - Not sure why or how, but I will stay the course. I have been "good", and I don't feel heavier : - )
July 09 - 163.2 - Hoping for a woosh this week, staying determined.
July 10 - 161.0 - I actually was 162.0 at 5am, but went back to bed and lost a pound lol. Not sure which one is right, I usually weigh very early in the morning, but I will take it for now. Seeing the scale move down keeps me motivated.

    Running loss/gain: Loss - 1.1 or 2.1

    There’s that whoosh! Well done!

I tried hard to stay within my calorie intake goals this past weekend. Now, our local gym is having a cardio challenge so we are trying to go to the gym everyday (from July 7 to July 31).

We changed our workout time from 9pm to 5:30am. I'm curious as to how this will reflect on my weight. At the same time, I'm working on getting 7 hrs of sleep by going to bed at 9pm. So far, I've been able to be asleep by 10pm so it's a work in progress.
