You've got a keeper! I have one of those, with no resistance bands on it - but I bet I could hook some up!

Modern? I use it a couple of times a week - trying to get to 10+ minutes. I have trouble with my knees and balance, so it's a slow process. Not doing it long enough for boredom to set in yet 😏 Congrats on the whosh! 🎉🎉

I do it 30 minutes at a time and the pace depends on the song playing so I kinda dance on it too. The 10 minute mark is the hardest. That’s when my thighs really burn then it gets easier.1 -

Ahh wonderful. Now we can move passed the hotdog cravings lol. No stress about the scale. You are feeling heavier is a good sign. I expect you will see a nice drop soon especially if you’ve even doing good.2 -

A bit loose with my calories the past five days. Was off work for the holiday, which always throws me off my schedule. A couple a dinners out, a few days days at the pool/lake and a couple of movies at the theater was all it took to take a hit. I’m super bloated today and generally not feeling well. Lots of Midol and working with a heating pad across my abdomen today. Tomorrow will be better! 😊

Update: I definitely indulged the first few days: family bday celebrations and 4th of July food fun. So, the carbs and sugar showed up on the scale for now, but I'm getting back on track. I hope after this 5-day detox, I should make a break through.

Notes : Good Morning everyone. No run this morning but I did complete a 30 minute brisk walk. I won’t have time for my stepper as I have to get ready for my post op appointment with my surgeon. I will attempt the stepper this evening after my evening walk if I’m not too tired. The scale is still being good to me which is getting my motivation up there. I feel your pain Stella. I was stuck in the 230s for about 6 yrs before joining MFP. It felt like a vortex to me but through the grace of God I finally broke through. What did it for me was to be a little uncomfortable and let some habits go, whether it was food or lifestyle. Hope this helps. Praying for ya.3 -

Notes : Good Morning everyone. ☀️ back to my running this morning completing C25K week 4 day 2. Not getting on the stepper this morning but will do my all to do it tonight after my evening walk. Yesterday’s appointment went great, the surgeon has cleared me for all workouts and as soon as my wound is fully healed (another week or so) I can take my kids to the pool!!
Today is another day of appointments, I see my gastric surgeon for my 2 year follow up. I hope he is happy with my results up until now and I’m excited to tell him where I am with skin removal. Then this evening it’s my boys appointment with the orthodontist. Fun times.
Last nights dinner was high sodium 🧂 so I suspect that’s why I had this 1lb gain this morning. I swear sausages do it every time. So today lots of water to drain this crap out and sticking to lean meats and veggies! Have a wonderful day everyone. ❤️💪🏻5 -

I tried hard to stay within my calorie intake goals this past weekend. Now, our local gym is having a cardio challenge so we are trying to go to the gym everyday (from July 7 to July 31).
We changed our workout time from 9pm to 5:30am. I'm curious as to how this will reflect on my weight. At the same time, I'm working on getting 7 hrs of sleep by going to bed at 9pm. So far, I've been able to be asleep by 10pm so it's a work in progress.

I have to get ready now for my first appointment of the day. I’m trying to get my youngest Into some summer activities to keep him active. Fingers crossed they still have some spots left.
I will hopefully get some form of workout done this evening. Weight has gone a bit back down after those sausages. Yesterday’s meals were lean beef burger with side salad for lunch and fish fillets on the grill with grilled veggies. Lots of water which I have to continue today to continue flushing out that sodium. Time to get my day started. Have a wonderful Thursday everyone . ❤️💪🏻6 -
