What to do to sleep?

I sleep like a baby.
That is, every night I soil the sheets and wake up screaming every 3 hours.6 -
Hot lemonade is soothing and knocks me out at times.1

Hot shower then at the end go to cold shower for a bit then super hot again, make sure ur room is cold or cool dont watch tv or use ur phone n stuff for a half an hour b4 trying to sleep and dont have coffee or tea unless u r like me n aren't affected by caffeine.. n also don't think about bad stuff like school or life stuff thats bad.. maybe read an analogue book.. if u like noise as u go to sleep see if your tv has a thing that lets u keep the sound playing but turns off the tv light and make the volume only high enough that if u lay completely still u can barely make it out0

I take 10 mg chewable melatonin and listen to a thunderstorm playlist on Spotify.0
