    Aug 11: 222.4 (loss of 2.6 yay!)
    Aug 18: 221.0 (loss of 1.4)
    Aug 25: 220.0 (loss of 1, lost 5# total)
    Aug 31: 219.8 (loss of .2)
    Remembered that I get until Sept 4 for my first month!
    Total loss for August: 6.4 (217.6 Sept 4th)

    That is exciting to me! Got to go exercise!

    Wow!!! Congrats... What are you doing diet/exercise wise? Since I started bodyweight, my weight loss has come to a screeching halt. 🤔

    My diary is public so you can see what I have been eating doing! 😂
    I started this year with a 12 week Boditrax course, which I won in a raffle at our local leisure centre. That’s when I began to concentrate on working on strength. I wasn’t losing much weight, so I tightened up what I was eating and started accurately weighing food, and keeping close to my basic calories, and eating back a minimum number of exercise calories. I also concentrated on eating nutrient dense foods with a minimum of ‘empty’ calories. Not sure why it’s working, but I’m sticking with it!

    Level 3 will take me to my goal weight - the place I was before this crazy weight gain the last 2 years! It will be so exciting to call this finished in 3 months - who knows, maybe even sooner! I know we can do it!

    August 01: 202.0 Where am I going to go with this? To the Moon, Alice! (The Honeymooners, Sorry, I’m showing my age!) I feel good about this round.
    August 08: 195.8 I have worked hard this past week & am keeping the slip-ups more in control. However, I’ll never be perfect so I am just happy to continue the losses, no matter how big or small! This week was a good week.
    August 15: 195.4. I’m grinning ear to ear to see continued downward trend. Hard work is paying off!
    August 22: 196.2 Went up higher yet, but I’ve dropped it back down a bit. On my way to better, bolder, brighter, beautiful!
    August 29: 195.4 Better.
    August 31: 192.6 Even Better

    By October I hope to lose the last 8-10 pounds and be in maintenance. I have been doing this for a year now and assumed I would already be there, but alas I am still working on it. So good luck everyone! My weigh in days will be every Saturday. They seem to be my best days and the lowest.

    Challenge Level: 2 (technically my goal is to lose 8.7 pounds)

    08/01: 143.7 I think this is a little higher than it should be, but we are starting here.
    08/03: 142.2 I've been here for a couple of days now, hoping for a loss next week
    08/10: 139.6 this seems super low today. It will probably bounce up a bit, but I’m happy with it today
    08/17: 142.1 I have not been doing great this last week. Monday I’m back on track I matter what.
    08/24: 142.1 same as last week but that’s ok. The last couple of weeks I have not been on my best game!
    8/31: In Texas to deal with Mark’s dad’s stuff
