Well, after an amazing 3lb whoosh on Saturday (3lb lost since Tuesday!), I've met my 10lb loss goal for August. I'm therefore going to up the challenge and amend my goal to a full stone lost by 31st (I think I'll be another pound down when I weigh in tomorrow, so that would mean another 3lb to go). It's a not a do-or-die target, just giving to something to aim for. I'm not expecting another whoosh just yet, and I'm not going to starve myself, but I'd be thrilled to have dropped a stone. My clothes are fitting better already

11 Aug - 11.05 delighted no weight gain. Chinese last night too. Think the exercise during the holiday balanced the aditional food. Now to get back on it.
12 Aug - 11.04. Delighted with this. Body fat percentage is now in normal range. Down 10 % points.
13 Aug - 11.04. Body fat reading incorrect yesterday. I had been reset has a man. Still down but not so low.

12 Aug - 145.0 We made up but then he took me out for lunch where I had two Bloody Mary's and a cinnamon roll. Sodium and carbs are out of control this weekend. I am back on track today. I blame my husband for this weekend weight gain, lol.

24 Aug - 142.1 did really well yesterday so wanted to be lower, but I have just played catch up all month long.
25 Aug - 143.1 it flashed 142.1 and 143.1 multiple times, so I just went with the higher one. We slept in and actually laid in bed and watched a movie before getting up this morning so was a much later weigh in than normal. Still not bad for a Sunday.
26 Aug - 146.9 think I am just holding onto water. Shouldn't be this high, but I always am on Mondays!
27 Aug - 144.1 drinking plenty of water to get rid of that extra sodium. A restaurant meal and Bloody Mary causes a 4 pound gain every time. It is so frustrating, but I always know it's going to happen.
