I don't really expect to lose much this month due to injury and holidays but would like to continue to weigh daily. A month is longer period of time to see some results.

Aug 1 - 205.4 - Staying the same is better than gaining! Still have a headache that is unrelenting. Caffeine and OTC stuff dull it some but not a lot. Hopefully this wont happen for much longer. I'm hoping to make it under 200 this month. So gotta stay focused!1
