Starbucks decaf caramel macchiato with almond beverage and an extra shot of caramel is a good substitute for when my seasonal favourite, the gingerbread latte, decaf with almond beverage, no whip and cinnamon and nutmeg sprinkles isn't available.

The dogs in my neighborhood, like Pig Dog with his baked potato body and stick legs, and the big old poodle who gives us the most pathetic "get outta here" bark and prances around cutely.
I had my first mammogram today and was amused by the little hot pink floral stickers they stuck on my nipples.

It was because i was noticing a lot of phallic imagery and i was inspired to represent my sex. Also, it’s eye catching.2 -

It was because i was noticing a lot of phallic imagery and i was inspired to represent my sex. Also, it’s eye catching.

the flavor of that first cup of blueberry black tea in the morning. The feeling of accomplishment when I finish a hike on an exceptionally hot day. The thrill of getting dressed and realizing I'm wearing something I haven't fit into for over 20 years. The feeling of love when my 70 pound dogs "fight" to jump up in my arms at night to watch TV. The feeling of pride when my hubby of 35 years tells me I look as good as I did when he met me. (He lies, but it gives me such a wonderful warm feeling. )4

When you wake up in the middle of the night, look at your clock and realize you still have at least 3 hours left to sleep. Then you flip your pillow over to the cool side. 😊😊😊7
