Starting weight this month: 171.6
Goal weight this month: 168 I hope that's realistic. (I've been having a hard time being on top of my eating and losing, and only lost 2.5 lbs in August. Going back to work this week, and that will be stressful.)

Hello!
I'm new to join this group! I was looking for motivation and support to keep me tracking my fitness goal. I stopped participating exercises almost a year ago. Because I had extremely hectic schedule and I was so stressful. Move forward. I'm here to start it over again and handle my time management. *crossing my fingers*

August was a bad month for me. I was posting here religiously and then completely fell off the wagon. I've somehow managed to stay somewhere between 203 and 206 though, so I haven't packed too much back on (lowest was 202, so somedays I'm not too far off). Time to get back to it! This month WILL be better! I'm determined to get under 200 this month!
I'll post my updated weight in the morning.

Last month when I started this I felt a bit demotivated measuring weight everyday . My cycle would mess my weight and it would make me less motivated . But ultimately I did hit my goal at the end of the month .
The day to day fluctuations were a bit too much stress .
So this time around going to measure every 3rd day or alternate days at the most .

August was a complete stall with any fluctuations up or down within the range of less than a pound.1 -
Since I will be spending most of September without family around me I thought I could use some other form of accountability so I decided to join some challenges for the first time.

I still have just over a month until my studies finish, so it's going to busy with assessments, and I have been finding it hard to get focused on health/weight.

I'm definitely on the larger side and have a long way to go but taking it in small chunks.
