    04 Sep- This weekend was so busy for me getting my daughter back in school, setting up for a new night shift job I have not stopped moving nor had I had time to weigh myself as of tomorrow I'm back on it. I still continue to meal prep and keep my calorie daily intake at 1200 and drink as much water as my body allows...soon to start work out plan again ;)
    05 Sep- 194.2 I have been avoiding this scale since the weekend but I just jumped on it today got to get out of the 190's this month I know I can do this...

    Goal weight is 85kg, my previous lowest was 86.5kg, but I let things slip a bit.
    Goal weight this month anything <90kg. This is achievable!

    3 Sept - 92.4kg - Hey, I'm no longer obese...I can quit now.
    4 Sept - 91.8kg - Yesterday 1.25km (morning) swim plus 5km run (evening).
    5 Sept - 92.8kg - OK, so doing no exercise and having a not so great food day is not going to help this challenge.
    6 Sept - 92.4kg - 3km swim, and 20km cycle yesterday. Looking forward to a run this afternoon / tonight.
    7 Sept - 93.5kg - No exercise yesterday and I'm paying the price for beer and pizza. I messed up big dammit.

    1 September - 312.5 exceeded 10k steps today for the first time since I started!

    3 September 311.7 feeling rubbish today. Think I have a nasty cold coming! Only just met my step goal too.
    4 September 310.9 yay for going in the right direction again!
    5 September 310.1 small loss but still good for THAT time of month! Step goal met and exceeded too! I will get less fat!
    6 September 308.8 delighted with that and I think it's down to the extra walking. There has to be dine bonus to heaving all this weight around, and that's it, walking burns the calories!

    I worked out everyday since Tuesday. I’m about to head to the gym this morning. I’ve been really happy with my eating. But, it’s the weekend, so let’s see if I’m still happy on Monday.

    August was a bad month for me. I was posting here religiously and then completely fell off the wagon. I've somehow managed to stay somewhere between 203 and 206 though, so I haven't packed too much back on (lowest was 202, so somedays I'm not too far off). Time to get back to it! This month WILL be better! I'm determined to get under 200 this month!

I'm disappointed in myself. There were better alternatives available and I still ate what I ate for dinner.
