so Chit Chat ? seems only one sentence convo. I am doing KETO is anyone else on here following that food plan? I am really happy with how I feel and the weight is going down about 1.5 pounds a week. I weigh my foods, walk at a brisk pace 30 minutes a day and keep to my calorie goal..Feeling better is way more important to me than losing the weigh..but that plus keeps me so motivated.
