So glad you shared. Congrats!! No one really noticed for me until I lost 40. After that, every five pounds has really made a difference. Keep up the good work and stay strong!! You can do this!

That’s awesome! Keep up the great work! I know how frustrating it can be to not have people notice your hard work. My husband can lose 10lbs and get compliments from everyone, I’m exact opposite, nobody notices until I lose a significant amount! Just keep focusing on all those things that make you feel better every day - clothes fitting, more energy, feeling better! GREAT JOB!!

Great job! I have lost 19 pounds since April but I can't even see a difference much less anyone else. Hopefully, I will look different when I hit a 40 or 50 pound weight loss.

Congrats! I understand the plight, I hate "have you lost weight" but now that I have it's like, so NO ONE notices this?!?!?

Awesome job! Take those photos to log your progress too! They can be a lifesaver if you have a bad day and question if it's worth it.

Great job. Keep up the good work. I bet someone has noticed but just hasn't said anything because of their own insecurities.

Usually people don’t notice for quite a while, especially if you keep wearing the same clothes. People who are overweight generally wear clothes that are looser so it’s hard to tell they’re smaller until the loss is pretty dramatic or until they start wearing more form fitting attire.

Go you. 25lb is awesome. Just keep going and I’m sure people will say something soon. I’ve lost 26lb in 7 weeks and no one has noticed. But I’m constantly hitching up my jeans so I know I’m getting smaller. Remember we are doing this for ourselves so we need to be proud of ourselves. 👍

I'm in the same boat. Have lost almost the same amount in two months and no one has noticed. I've compared my photos side by side and can't see a difference yet. But my measurements are a little smaller and the scale has noticed. At my weight, it just takes a while to become visually obvious. I think if I lose another 40lb people will start noticing and my pictures will show it obviously. I'll just persevere and wait for the comments in about 4 months by my estimates.
