Hell House LLC is really good. the sequels are okay- not as good as the first, but not bad either.

The Blackwell Ghost is pretty spooky, but its really short, only like an hour long.

Savageland is phenomenal, sort of a mockumentary style if that's your thing.

Stake Land 1 & 2 are both awesome

This is a sold list. Rings however, that movie was excreted somebody’s uninspired ring...

I would add Blair Witch Project, love it or hate its significant in the genre.

Why did i get a ''Disagree''?

Looks like I did it by accident while scrolling. I took it off. Sorry for the confusion. I don’t disagree with that post.

Modern horror movies aren’t really scary to me as much as creepy/gory with lots of startle scenes. I can’t be scared by ghost or spirit films since I don’t believe in that and they are hence too fake to me. Stuff that can really happen, like a serial killer, really gets me.

Recently saw Ready or Not which I liked. It is a Ryan Murphy film which I like and had a Jordan Peele feel to it also.

I liked Don’t Breathe from a couple years ago.

Older scary films I liked were

    Saw
    The Strangers
Texas Chainsaw (original or remake, not prequel)
    Silence of the Lambs
    Candy man
    Hitcher
