I am the most verbose here, appologies... So... yesterday I went over my calories and at 6 p.m. I thought it'd be nice to call this dinner. Yet, I ate again at 8:30 p.m. However, I then told myself that if I am determined enough to do a HIIT workout, I will now count it as LNS. So... there I go:

I had a nice big salad for dinner.
But I was still hungry, so I ate some homemade oatmeal (carrot cake flavor), which helped fill me up.
I still want to eat other stuff/crap, but I'm holding off until tomorrow. It's good that the oatmeal is nice and filling.
Going to bed soon, so that I don't LNS.

I need to do this been struggling with this lately. Do great during the day but for last couple of nights I have been sabotaging myself with late night snacking, not going over calories but getting too close for comfort.2
