Day 22 in the book! Goal was 35, managed 40 seconds ๐ช Tomorrow's a rest day. I'll reset the goals - would like to see 60 seconds this month!1

Day 23. I know today was a rest day, but I'm feeling a fluid bloat, so did a mini workout. 40 second plank, my pushups, lunges, and squats. We'll see if that helps1

I hope your bloating went away. I have been bloated myself. I have been eating foods I should shouldnt be eating. I did a food sensitivity test and got my results back.. Good job on the plank! ๐๐๐1 -

Squats, lunges, push-ups (elevated), arm circles, side bends, & tricep lifts. Added planks and transitioning regular push-ups to scapula push-ups.1 -

Today's a rest day. Slept poorly last night, so timing is perfect for an early to bed ๐1
