Time to drop weight again :) and so close to xmas

    Welcome Damien. I’m back on after a couple of years of high stress and travel induced weight gain, but I used MFP in 2017 to drop 30lb in about 14 weeks. Secret for me was to diarize food and exercise meticulously (which the app makes really easy). Calories in minus out makes the weight loss very accurate and predictable. Can’t recommend keeping it that simple enough! Hope all goes well for you!

    I was 24 stone last March got down to 13 and half at Xmas last year and put on 3 stone from then till now but time to get at it again I have photos on my progress since I started thanks for the support guys
