    17 Nov - 139.5 Grrrrr! I did great yesterday at the potluck. Brought a copycat Olive Garden salad for the potluck, but also brought my own low calorie salad. If I wasn't determined to be down 4 more pounds before I go back to Kentucky for Thanksgiving to visit my inlaws I would have enjoyed many of the delicious meals.
    That swoosh loss has to be close πŸ˜•

    19 Nov - 139.9 😑😑😑 I feel like my scale and I are in battle of wills. Challenge accepted! I am not going to binge, no matter how tempting. The scale has to move soon. The math doesn't lie, I believe it (I am a High School math teacher) πŸ™‚πŸ™‚ Keeping on, tomorrow may be a better day!

    20 Nov - 139.1 πŸ˜ƒ Of course I was hoping for more, but it is finally moving in the right direction. I think lack of sleep and the fact I am finally within 10 pounds of my final goal weight has a lot to do with the slow down😐😊

    21 Nov - 138.5 πŸ˜ŠπŸ˜ƒ I just MAY hit my goal after all, if I am very committed, But my PreCalculus students and my AP Calculus students want to do a potluck party next week before Thanksgiving break. I am sure they would be hurt if I don't try the food they bring. And there is the issue of eating at my Mother in-law's house during our trip over Thanksgiving. But those are concerns for another day. πŸ™„πŸ€”

    22 Nov - 138.6 πŸ€”πŸ€” I have been in a 1000 calorie deficit all week. I should have lost more. But I truly think my lack of sleep is the culprit. Here it's my sleep this week:

    Wednesday night 4 hr 45 m 😞
    Last night 4 hr 22 m 😞
    Going home and napping, 😌and my goal is to get 10 hours tonight and Saturday night😴😴
    Even that doesn't help with my weight loss, it wil help with my energy and my spirits.

    23 Nov - 137.9 Between my nap and going to bed early, I hit 11 hr 42 min of sleep. Weight is heading in the right direction, though very little chance of being 136 by Tuesday.
    Tuesday starts a schedule of so many high food/ calorie/ drinking events I do think if I can only maintain after that it will be a miracle. Thanksgiving week we are staying at my inlaws in Kentuckyβ˜ΊοΈπŸ‡β€, Then going to Las Vegas Dec. 6th weekend with really great people who know where to go to eat really great food and go to the Gary Allen concertπŸ€ πŸ€€πŸ€‘. My husband's Company dinner is always so fun with delicious food and drinks, it is on Dec. 13th🀀πŸ€ͺπŸ™ƒ. Dec 14th is my daughter's college graduation partyπŸ₯³πŸ‘©β€πŸŽ“❀πŸ₯‚. We are doing a menu of bar/appetizer foods. Then another dinner the 20th🀀πŸ€ͺ, and then the Christmas events beginπŸŽ„β˜ƒοΈπŸŽ…. So fun, but so dangerous to my weight.

    24 Nov - 137.7 Going down slowly, but 5.8 pounds so far this month. Not too shabby 😊😊

    25 Nov - 137.2 One more day of weighing before we leave. I am sure I won't make it to 136, but 136.something would be so great! ☺️😊☺️
