    Right as I said in October’s post I have a goal of 156 by Christmas. I was disappointed with just 3.1 lb lost last challenge. So here goes.
    It’s easier for me to do it in stone and pounds (UK) as I find that more motivating for some reason. So.....

    Starting weight: 13 st 12.8
    Ultimate goal weight: 9st 9lb
    Challenge start weight: 11st 11.50 (31st Oct)
    Challenge goal weight: 11st 6lb

    I am so glad to be back again! I love the support of this group! I didn’t set a terribly aggressive goal as, let’s face it, we are officially in the holidays! I also have to travel for work and will be eating out/not weighing in for four days next week which has me completely stressed out. Plus no workout time and sitting on my butt trying to pass a huge test week after next... I think 3 lbs is a reasonable goal. Let’s do it!

    2 Nov - 172.3 - Ok so today I am journaling every bite. I have been a bit loosey goosey with the journaling and it makes a huge difference. I am feeling a bit discouraged honestly. I am trying to keep focused on the fact that this is not a diet but how I will eat for the rest of my life. I have continued to weigh in every day unless I am on vacation. This was my main goal when I started. It is the first time in my life that I have done this and I plan to continue to weigh in always. If I stop I immediately start gaining so I guess I need to focus on the fact that at least I am not gaining!
