    Thank you for this group! I’m late to this large lovely group! It is great that so many want motivation! 😊 Love the accountability for each day! I’m all in as I was horrible this weekend! Funerals also cause me to eat more 😢 Now when I typed this out I was confused as I thought it was only weight loss measurements and then realized so many used stones or Kg that I stayed with my pounds but like the idea of stones. My original goal was to weigh 10 stones (140 lbs) as I started out at 17.7 stones. (247.5 lbs)

    03 Nov - 151.2 (the only plus side to pre-period bloating is the couple days where it finally comes off and I get a couple decent sized drops on the scale)
    04 Nov - 150.5 thinking about upping my calories. I’m going to stick with my current calorie range for this week because I think I’m losing a good amount of water weight but if I’m still losing around 2 lbs at the end up with week I will increase my calories.

    Right as I said in October’s post I have a goal of 156 by Christmas. I was disappointed with just 3.1 lb lost last challenge. So here goes.
    It’s easier for me to do it in stone and pounds (UK) as I find that more motivating for some reason. So.....
