Wow what a great feeling
A month ago I decided to loss weight. I have lost 21.4 pounds
Yesterday I put on an outfit that I haven’t worn in a long time. When i put it on and looked in the mirror and wow I looked really good

If you have more to lose, please slow down. 5lb. a week is a very unhealthy weight loss for anybody except the super obese.6

I lost about that much in my first month too. A fair amount of it was water weight but it still was a relief to get those pounds off. If you are not already aware, some of the water comes back to pay visits in normal scale fluctuations. Those fluctuations can make the second month a lot less exciting on the scale I am afraid.

I’m getting ready to go on my cruise in a few days. I’m so excited0

It has been a very busy time, so I thought I better update everyone.
My cruise was awesome, great memories
Didn’t gain anymore then 3 pounds. So I did well. Holidays are done. Time to start lossing again. My goal is to get down to 150-155.
I’m 5’5” so we will see5 -
What were your main go to staples? Lunch at work ideas?0

So when did you start noticing a change? I walk 30 minutes and burn 300 ish calories, try to stay within 1200 calories a day and started a week ago. When can I expect a difference?0

I’ve lost 55lbs since August and it took me three months before I could see the change with my own eyes. After that the changes seemed rapid. The first person noticed after 40lbs lost and then a bunch more noticed at 50lbs gone.

I took a break from trying to loss. For 3 months I just maintain the weight I was at.
I have started to try to loss more. This time is little harder. As of today I have lost 8.6 pounds.3 -

Lost 1.4 pounds today I’ve been at a stall for awhile .0

I’m getting close to my end on the phase that I work really hard to lose. I’m CW162.6
So not bad.
Then I will work on maintaining this weight for 4 months.
After that I will decide if I need to work at it again.3 -
Today made me feel good.
I was at work, I talk care of apartment build with elderly residents.
I was visiting with a resident and her daughter . Her daughter told me that I look amazing. And ask if I lost weight. I said yes
She was the first person to say . I look great.
Then when I was around a few other residents they also said I look great.
Made me feel good4 -
