Good day, everyone. On November 1st I decided that, at 245 pounds, enough was enough! So began my weight reduction plan targeted at reducing by a minimum of one pound five ounces per week. Using app in similar combination to the Fitbit system, I am going to work toward: 1) weight reduction; 2) more sleep; 3) regular exercise; and, 4) attaining my goal of reaching 180 pounds. I shall not fail!

Go for it! Keep logging those meals and recording your exercise. It’s all maths and you’ve got to embrace those numbers!

If you haven’t already, read the stickies at the top of the getting started forum.
Buy a food scale. Weigh everything you eat and log into the food diary.
Good luck with your journey!0 -
log your calories, it is not easy but they say pick your hard, hard losing weight, hard being heavy. I love food , if I can do it anyone can. MFP is great!
