What do you drink in the morning?

I LOVE French vanilla cappuccino. I’m looking for something a bit healthier that has caffeine and doesn’t taste awful. Any suggestions?

    I love my morning cup of Assam or Earl Grey tea with half and half, no sugar. I've lost 45 lbs this past year and changed a lot of eating habits, but I find my tea too comforting to quit sipping. And the caffeine is a nice boost in the morning.

    The best coffee drink I make myself. Way better than any coffee drinks I've bought....

    Dunkin caramel coffee cake flavored coffee with 3tbsp almond milk, 3 tbsp sugar free salted caramel syrup, 1 tbsp truvia, 1 tsp stevia. (But I like it SUPER sweet)

    Also like to add other syrups like chocolate chip cookie dough, salted caramel truffle, chocolate salted caramel, caramel mocha, pumpkin pie, caramel pumpkin, pumpkin cheesecake, etc.

    >30 calories per drink

    During the week 1% milk and V8 Fusion (mix of vegetable and fruit juice). When I get to work drink water with a shot of Mio. No caffeine.

    Black coffee most days. Add some half and half and cocoa powder if I'm at a coffee shop and feeling fancy. Sugary, milky coffee drinks are just too heavy for me in the morning.

    Sometimes with cream, sometimes black.. sometimes cappucino — depends...
    Turkish coffee has been my thing lately. I highly suggest it!
