What do you drink in the morning?

I LOVE French vanilla cappuccino. I’m looking for something a bit healthier that has caffeine and doesn’t taste awful. Any suggestions?

    Usually GFuel (energy drink). Ran out, so coffee with 2 creamers until I get more in.

    I love my morning cup of Assam or Earl Grey tea with half and half, no sugar. I've lost 45 lbs this past year and changed a lot of eating habits, but I find my tea too comforting to quit sipping. And the caffeine is a nice boost in the morning.

    The best coffee drink I make myself. Way better than any coffee drinks I've bought....

    Dunkin caramel coffee cake flavored coffee with 3tbsp almond milk, 3 tbsp sugar free salted caramel syrup, 1 tbsp truvia, 1 tsp stevia. (But I like it SUPER sweet)

    Also like to add other syrups like chocolate chip cookie dough, salted caramel truffle, chocolate salted caramel, caramel mocha, pumpkin pie, caramel pumpkin, pumpkin cheesecake, etc.

    >30 calories per drink

    During the week 1% milk and V8 Fusion (mix of vegetable and fruit juice). When I get to work drink water with a shot of Mio. No caffeine.

    Black coffee most days. Add some half and half and cocoa powder if I'm at a coffee shop and feeling fancy. Sugary, milky coffee drinks are just too heavy for me in the morning.

    Black coffee with Splenda, brewed at home from Hawaiian Kona beans. No milk or creamers of any kind. And another cup in the early afternoon before hitting the gym.

    Turkish coffee has been my thing lately. I highly suggest it!

    I cut my coffee shop habit by brewing my own cold brew coffee, I have one large glass every morning. I recently discovered sugar free syrups, I'm working on DaVinci vanilla, caramel, and Skinny Syrups pumpkin 3 pack. Plan on ordering a holiday assortment too to avoid buying them! I need my peppermint mocha fix!

    After coffee I have a cup of tea, just discovered roasted fennel tea and love it!

    Got a lemon tree in the garden - freshly pressed juice, first thing in the morning. Helps me to open my eyes very wide to this new, lovely day!

    You could make the same drink by using a sugar substitute and a vanilla creamer, or vanilla extract and low fat milk.

    Personally, I just drink coffee black and always have even before dieting, so I didn't have to change anything.

    Water and black coffee.
    Once a week, I’ll get a Starbucks White Chocolate Mocha made with skim milk and no whipped cream. I do my grocery shopping, Target run and other errands Saturday mornings. I don’t have breakfast and there’s room for it in my calorie budget

    French press coffee with half and half or cream. Sometimes I throw in a sprinkle of almond or vanilla extract. Could get you that flavor you’re looking for without the sugar/sweeteners/chemicals.
