I started December 1st with an inflated weight due to my Holiday Dinner the night before. So I am revising my goal to reflect the end of November weight (my lowest) and my goal to lose all of the gain during Thanksgiving plus 5 pounds. Maybe I’m dreaming, but I’m going to give it one heck of a shot!

Dec 1: 144.4 gained almost 7 pounds on our 5 day Thanksgiving vaca. This is what sodium, alcohol, and carbs look like on me.
Dec 4: 140.8 well there goes a good chunk of my holiday gain. 3.1 to go to get me back down to where I was.
