Choose your mode of exercise/steps/miles etc. choose goal of how much you would love too get in for December. Come as often as you can and log your progress...

    :) I averaged 16,337 steps a day in November. I'd like to be close to that in December. I walk my dogs for at least two hours a day. I count all my steps that record on the pedometer in my pocket.

    :) I averaged 16,337 steps a day in November. I'd like to be close to that in December. I walk my dogs for at least two hours a day. I count all my steps that record on the pedometer in my pocket.

    Dec. 2--14,105 steps---actually more than that because I left my pedometer on the table when I took the dogs out after breakfast and didn't notice until I'd been walking for over an hour. Then I detoured home to get it.

    :) My recumbent exercise bike is in the living room facing the TV so I can watch TV and ride at the same time.

    We have a TV in the computer room...I'm in the middle of season 2 of Jack Ryan, however...I just keep walking through the room and looking at the bike. :D Maybe today. :p
