    12/19-205.6 Yesterday I told my strength coach that I want to do a Spartan Race next year. He was very excited...it scared me a little. :smile:
    12/20--205.0 Went into work late today and went to the gym. It is pouring rain here today, so I plan and hanging out at home this evening
    12/21--205.9 Still pouring rain out this morning, so no running for me. I'm going to run around to do some errands this morning, and hopefully miss all of the Christmas shoppers.
    12/22--205.0 Strength coach today.
    12/23--204.8 I haven't seen the 204's in such a long time, it's a great mental win that will help me stay focused over the holidays. If I can get home today before it gets dark out I may go for a run today. Between the short days and the horrible weather, I haven't run in over a week.
    12/24--205.4 Hardly drank any water yesterday and did some extra snacking last night. Yesterday a co-worker of mine gave me a beautiful box of belgian chocolates, and instead of openning the box and eating a "few", which I knew would lead to a lot more than a "few", my husband and I decided not to open the box and instead bring it up to the family when we see them on Christmas. That is such a huge NSV for me as it's another mental win. Strength coach today. Goal is to get my water in today.

    12/26 DNW I forgot to post yesterday. Yesterday, I went out and finished w7d2 of c25k before me and hubby took off to see the in laws. We are now on our way to our cabin for the next couple of days, where we will be doing some hiking and snowshoeing.

    12/28 DNW Hubby and I have gone out snowshoeing and doing a lot of walking while we've been at the cabin. Unfortunately I've also been doing a lot of snacking :D We'll be home tomorrow and then it's back to normal.

    69 years old female...5'5" ...I used to be 5'7" but arthritis hit and I lost two inches, so now that two inches is squished around my waist like the billows of a big accordion... :D...Oh, well. I'll just keep working on it.

    We used to walk 5 miles a day. A pinched nerve and back surgery side-lined me for about a year. Then I had back surgery. Now I'm waiting to get my hip fixed. Hip Doc said surgery in April. Ugh! I can't do any walking or biking...both kill me. I see my personal trainer three times a week. She is taking it very slow and easy with me. That's it.

    12/19 - 146 (BF 33.4%, MM 62.8%) - After a lot of stress during work, I folded and ate a peanut butter blossom yesterday along with a few other goodies scattered around the office. I took tomorrow off work as my family is taking me to see "Christmas Vacation" with a live appearance from Chevy Chase for my birthday tomorrow and I also have to renew my driver's license. I'm going to fudge the number and put 140 lbs. and make that my goal for next year...for my weight to match my license. Last year when my weight went below my driver's license weight of 160 lbs. (and I had fudged that one!) I wanted to run down to the BMV and get a new one, but in Ohio, we only renew every 4 years.

    12/21 - 148.5 - Well, I had a LOT of fun on my birthday! I'll try to really watch my calories the next few days until Christmas.

    12/23 - 147 (BF 33.4%, MM 62.7%) - I've had very little water the past couple days, so I'm hoping to drop another pound while I drink water like crazy today. I'm also behind on all the posts this weekend, so I'll try to catch up during this very slow day at the office.
