Count me in! i am just coming back and I need all of the support and encouragement that I can get. I keep trying to come back and then I just drop off. My life has become extremely busy and I do not have much time to even sleep more or less than anything else but I need to do something because my weight has actually went above what it was when I started. My Sciatic nerve is constantly killing me because of this. Does anyone have any suggestions to help me help me5

I am a BEAST but I never tracked total gym time. I know I easily hit 30hrs a month so I’m going to push to crush it at 40 hours this month.
1st- rest day
2nd- 1 hour (spinning)
3rd- 1 hour (interval training with tabata sets)
4th- 2 hours (1hr kickboxing & 1hr Piyo)
5th- 2 hrs (1hr strength & 1hr Spin)
6th- 2hrs (1hr strength & 1hr Spin)
7th- 3hrs (1hr Pilates, 1hr yoga, 1hr kickbox)
8th- 2hrs (1hr strength & 1 hr Spin)
9th- 1hr yoga class for my rest day
10th- 1hr (HIIT lol gotta push after rest day)

I have a group that does 7week rounds of early morning Saturday boot camp. Since I’m working on my endurance I stayed for a second hour kickboxing class. Lol it’s a special kind of crazy that lives in the gym.3 -

Joining! I need a push to work out indoors during the ice and snow and dark of winter, so this challenge is perfect for me. I'm no beast, and 24 hours may be a stretch, but here goes nothing.
