    I am a BEAST but I never tracked total gym time. I know I easily hit 30hrs a month so I’m going to push to crush it at 40 hours this month.

    1st- rest day
    2nd- 1 hour (spinning)
    3rd- 1 hour (interval training with tabata sets)
    4th- 2 hours (1hr kickboxing & 1hr Piyo)

    Jan 01- 1 hour les mills body combat, 30 minute walk
    Jan 02- 1 hour spin class, 30 minute dog walk, sadly my dog is aging and not liking cold weather, walks are getting shorter :(
    Jan 03- 45 minutes les mills body pump, 4 mile power walk with out dog.
    Jan 04- 1 hour Step aerobic, 30 minutes elliptical

    1/4: 90 minutes strength training and 1 hour cooking (pasta bolognese): 2.5 hours
    1/5: 45 minutes walking/hiking: 0.75 hour
