I am a BEAST but I never tracked total gym time. I know I easily hit 30hrs a month so I’m going to push to crush it at 40 hours this month.
1st- rest day
2nd- 1 hour (spinning)
3rd- 1 hour (interval training with tabata sets)
4th- 2 hours (1hr kickboxing & 1hr Piyo)
5th- 2 hrs (1hr strength & 1hr Spin)
6th- 2hrs (1hr strength & 1hr Spin)
7th- 3hrs (1hr Pilates, 1hr yoga, 1hr kickbox)
8th- 2hrs (1hr strength & 1 hr Spin)
9th- 1hr yoga class for my rest day
10th- 1hr (HIIT lol gotta push after rest day)
11th- 2hr (1hr boot camp & 1hr kickboxing)
12th- 2hr (1hr strength & 1hr spin)
13th- 1hr (strength)
14th- 3hrs (1 spin, 1 Pilates, 1 kickboxing)
15th- 1.5 (1 hr strength & .5hr step aerobics)
16th- 1.75 (1hr yoga & .75hr spin)
17th- 1 hour of HIIT cardio & strength

I clearly love working out and it’s all to achieve my own personal fitness goals- this is coming from a person who couldn’t do ten jumping jacks last year.1 -

Joining! I need a push to work out indoors during the ice and snow and dark of winter, so this challenge is perfect for me. 8) Feeling almost normal ~ being gentle with myself

11) 2:00 undecorated/light cleaning

I did get another hour in today as I was a participant for four different 15 minute demo classes at my gym’s open house it was fun and tiring after two tough hours of grueling workouts but it was just a bonus and not particularly challenging.
