    Glad I gave myself the whole year! 😂 I’m back out on the trails and that feels good. As soon as I eat all the fresh gluten free pasta I stocked up on for some reason, I’m going to dial back on the carb intake. That should help. Maybe I’ll do Keto for a week or two shake it up a little. We’ll see! Let’s do this!

    I like to remain 70lbs or more down, so I plan to gradually get down to 158.2 or lower. YAY DID IT. I’m sure it will bounce around a bit, but things are definitely going in the right direction!! No rush. Just *finally* relaxed & maintaining under 160. (Now under 159)!

    Help! I’m on a carb bender! I found a gluten free bread that I like so I binged out on toast, just simple toasted bread with butter. It had been so long 😪 Anyway, I got that out of my system. At least all the holiday candy is finally gone 😆 Onward and up...erm...downward! 😂

    @colettebeers8501 its certainly a learning process, but never give up!
    Do you walk or do other exercise? I find that helps me.

    Thank you! I do walk. I try to hike 3 miles a day, at least 6 days a week. The weather’s been kinda cold so I didn’t get out much in January but I’m back at it. I do a little yoga, too. The scale seems to just be stuck but I’m not giving up. I’ve been eating less than 1400 calories a day and I hiked somewhere between 3-5 miles every day this week. i think it’s the carbs and sugar. I just need to reel it in. I do really well when I follow a Paleo or keto-type diet. And again, it’s harder to eat salads and green smoothies when it’s freezing outside. I may just be holding onto some blubber to keep me warm 😂 Hope you’re doing great!

    I bet as spring hits, things will improve!! You are doing great!

    I find carbs usually have sodium so I retain some more water, but it’s more salt-related than carb-related. And falls off once I knock the salt back (but keep the carbs incl veggies/fruits)!for energy!

    But every body is different! We just have to figure out the one we were given!!
