    I like to remain 70lbs or more down, so I plan to gradually get down to 158.2 or lower. YAY DID IT. I’m sure it will bounce around a bit, but things are definitely going in the right direction!! No rush. Just *finally* relaxed & maintaining under 160. (Now under 159)!

    Feeling pretty good about slipping under 160 after being plateaued for a while. Started taking longer hikes, 4-5 miles, and trying to shock my body into dropping some chub with super low calories a couple days a week. I might actually hit my goal weight! 🙌🏼

    YeP, I’m giving myself as long as I need! If I cut my calories too much, I just eat more the next week or month, I’ve found. So for me, slow & steady turtle like works best! 🐢
