Looking to tone and build muscle definition

Hi guys, now I've looked in a lot of place to find a simple app or guide that shows a daily at home work out routine to tone up and get muscle definition.
I'm currently 200LB 6ft 1.
I have just a basic set of dumbells but I know you don't need a gym to build muscle. My question is does anyone have a daily routine they follow to help me.

Take a good look through the below thread. Everything from fully equipped gym workouts to minimal equipment workouts, with plenty of input along the way.
