    Feb GW: under 135 consistently
    UGW: 110 (July 2020)

    Currently finishing my 4th week of Keto (I've had 2 cheat days, but even those days I was pretty careful) and slowly ending my breastfeeding journey (still nursing at night only).

    I'm going on my honeymoon in June and spending the summer at a waterpark with my children... I'd like to look good in a swimsuit!

    Doing keto and IF with lots of weight to lose, so it's coming off pretty quickly to start, but that will slow down...

    Target goal weight 144lbs though I know it’s going to take a long time to get there!

    Going easy on this month’s goal as this week has been amazing for losses and February is a very short month

    Sept loss 14.9lbs
    October loss 12.1lbs
    November loss 11.6lbs
    December loss 10.2lbs
    January 2020 loss 10.4lbs
