Well, I'm a bit frustrated (but not honestly surprised) to be back to my December start weight after completely ignoring my diet for all of January. We were traveling and the kids were off school, so the usual routine went out the window and I just lost all focus.
But both kids are now back at school so back to logging and limiting my calories, and regular walking and pilates.
Feb start weight: 67.0kg
Feb goal: 66kg
