    Start weight Feb:224.8
    Goal weight this month: 216, then continue to lose weight
    Target goal weight: 210 (or whatever weight gets my Cardiologist off my back)

    June - lost 6lbs
    July - lost 3lbs...then went on holiday and gained 5lbs back 🙄
    August- lost 2lbs
    September and October - I went off it and put all the weight and more back on 😔
    November - lost 7lbs 😀
    December - gained 4lbs 😬
    January - lost 2lbs

    Goal weight this month February 2020: 299.9 lb - Hoping to break the 300’s this month!

    Feb 1: 309.2 lbs
    Feb 2: 309.7 lbs
    Feb 3: 309.4 lbs Woke up to more snow so will probably have a good exercise day today
    Feb 4: 309.3 lbs
    Feb 5: 308.6 lbs Hurray for downward trends!

    At the last official weigh-in, 181.2. A loss is good but I suppose my first week made me expect too much.

    Feb 1 Sad day-sister died no weighing, barely got out of bed
    Feb 2 Went to church, had pancakes and sushi, went to YMCA, that scale seems to say 181 my scale is under 184
    Feb 3 new scale says 181 did no exercise
    Feb 4 not saying what my scale said-just hoping it is close to right, husband's wedding ring does not seem to snag on joint today. no exercise but I did chase kid around gym and we will walk to meeting tonight (10 mins at most) I have to wait while he does chorus I can stroll or do steps during that. Pool tomorrow.
    Feb 5 my scale lies and I love it but can't use its sweet mark. did 45 mins in pool.
    Feb 6 scale lied some more, will check at Y, gonna do a water zumba and add 30 more mins to make up for missed days. Wonder if I am under-estimating food and will more carefully measure.

    month's goal 179 firmly end of month Hoping you are finding umbrellas if needed.

    2 Feb - 143 lb -Wow!! I haven't seen this number in about 10 years!! It's the lowest in my adult life! 😲👍Feels like a temporary drop, being almost 2 lbs in one day... But I'll bask in it while I can 😊
    3 Feb- 144.6 lb- Welp.... ok then lol Late dinner last night.
    4 Feb- 144.2 lb- This seems like a more realistic number. B)
    5 Feb- 143.2 lb- Unexpected, but I'm not going to argue lol Surprised to see this drop. I ended up having to weigh myself after lunch today.... so tomorrow might be even lower. Just have to wait & see!
    6 Feb- 142.4 lb- AWESOME! I must be doing something right!! I noticed my wedding rings have been feeling dangerously loose lately. Starting to worry about them slipping off :o Close to time to get them refitted!!

    This really helped me last month. I'll weigh in tomorrow for my first weigh in.

    Feb 1--207.0 102g of protein
    Feb 2--206.1 87g Need to work on protein. Strength coach today.
    Feb 3--205.2 Losing water weight from my high sodium lunch a couple of days ago. 100g
    Feb 4--205.4 Went out to happy hour last night, but I only had 1 drink and I shared an appetizer. No idea on my final protein amount. Strength coach today.

    Starting weight 182 lbs I then piled on weight due to steroids after having a stroke.

    I am SO excited for the weekend!! It has been a stressful audit season at work. I’m proud that it hasn’t derailed my eating habits (too much 😇). If I can keep up good habits now it will only get easier!
