Feb 2 Went to church, had pancakes and sushi, went to YMCA, that scale seems to say 181 my scale is under 184
Feb 3 new scale says 181 did no exercise
Feb 4 not saying what my scale said-just hoping it is close to right, husband's wedding ring does not seem to snag on joint today. no exercise but I did chase kid around gym and we will walk to meeting tonight (10 mins at most) I have to wait while he does chorus I can stroll or do steps during that. Pool tomorrow.
Feb 5 my scale lies and I love it but can't use its sweet mark. did 45 mins in pool.
Feb 6 scale lied some more, will check at Y, gonna do a water zumba and add 30 more mins to make up for missed days. Wonder if I am under-estimating food and will more carefully measure.
Feb 7 179.6 on my new home scale but sigh, I know it is fudging. Ate out-feel sick. Will do pool exercises. Wonder if it really helps or if I am just playing at pool. Wiggled for 20 mins in DMV line if that is worth anything.

Had a good loss this morning! One of my favorite things about Happy Scale is that it breaks everything down into mini goals. This morning I knocked off the next one! Today work is catering in lunch for the team, and last year they did really decadent pasta. I’ll need to watch myself and not celebrate that mini goal by drowning myself in cheese and cream sauce 😋

@evangelene12 you're doing well. You have lost 2 lbs in 2 weeks, which is sustainable progress.
Weight loss is seldom linear. It's quite normal for weight to fluctuate up or down several lbs for no apparent reason, and it often takes several days before the body shows what we have been eating.
The upward bounces are just part of the process, as are the plateaus. If the general trend is downward, you are doing fine. If you keep at it, and stay under goal, then the weight will continue to trend downward.
The scale is only one indication of weight loss. I would suggest that you take measurements as well. And take notice if your clothes begin to fit better, or become loose.6 -
