    Tracking food? Sure. My ideal intake is 6,000 kJ. I had a salty meal yesterday so I will drop a lot of weight tomorrow and Monday.

    I have gained too much weight (from a low of 135 in 2018). I am in! It took a lot for me to finally get on the scale today after avoiding for months. The too tight pants don't lie!
