Tracking food? Sure. My ideal intake is 6,000 kJ. I had a salty meal yesterday so I will drop a lot of weight tomorrow and Monday.

I have gained too much weight (from a low of 135 in 2018). I am in! It took a lot for me to finally get on the scale today after avoiding for months. The too tight pants don't lie!1 -

I’m re-starting my fitness journey after losing almost 30 Ibs last spring and then gaining about 10 of it back during the holiday season. Ready to get back on track and work on better nutrition habits as well!
