    Karen, sorry to hear of your de Quervains diagnosis. I had that several years ago when I was cooking for a living, too much repetitive motion. 10 weeks off work, with physio and all is still good, don't cook for a living anymore tho. Not because of the tendonitis, I was tired of cooking.
    Katla, it's beyond me why a dr would suggest consuming alcohol when there are many other ways to get resveratrol.....
    Day 2 of sticking to the plan is going well, didn't get to the gym today but that's okay. I've caught up on reading but now must dash!

    Katla – I freeze my blueberries and then put the frozen berries in my yogurt. When the berries defrost, it makes a sort of “juice” which adds flavor to the yogurt

    Rori - So sad you are having to deal with the sundowners. Please take care of yourself.

    Soup and salad at church, then Ash Wednesday service and choir practice afterwards. Choir sings at the service. Water exercise at YM yesterday was wonderful. So glad to get back in the water.

    Got some pruning done today while it is dry. Need to call arborist to prune apple tree. We are trying to bring it back after 8 years of neglect. When we moved in the apples were small and mealy, now they are good sized if not so many and useable. They are Gravenstein and quite tart but good for baking.
