Thailand, Cambodia and my grandmother's little cottage by the sea in India...but then again I'm sentimental that way.1

I like Algonquin park in Ontario. When I was about 20 I biked there with my camping gear and spend about a week riding trails.4

I’ve been to a lot of beautiful places. It’s hard to choose. I was just at Lake Tahoe this weekend — it takes up a lot of space in my heart.

I'm there a lot. It never gets old, I never get used to how breathtaking it is. Got a nice winter halo effect in the sky last time out.

Great Mercury Island just a bit off the coast of mainland NZ. - The island itself is just "ok" (very green, many sheep, nearly no people) but I never have seen so, so many stars at night because there is basically no light pollution.
I want to go back just for the star gazing, even IF that place gave me the worst hay fever I ever had in my life.0 -
Wyoming for me - I intend to move there eventually6 -
Port Douglas, North Queensland.. Australia. Taken from the lookout

Masada, Israel. Not my photo sadly as all mine are in an album. My trip to Masada was in 1989, although I hope to go back there on my next trip to Israel.

I absolutely love this part of Ireland. Undiscovered and a real hidden gem.
Mine is Budapest in the winter, and also Ireland (West Cork as we've mentioned but also the area around Giants Causeway in the North).0 -
The drive up to Banff, Alberta (Canada) had me sobbing out of nowhere from the beauty of the snow capped mountains against a clear, sunny sky. The driver was like, "It's okay, don't be embarrassed. It happens a lot."
The entire island of Jamaica is a smell to me but it's specific to the wood-fueled (?!) grilling in outdoor market places. I've smelled this particular smell in other places around the world but it instantly always reminds me of Jamaica.2 -
I hear Vermont people use dialup internet 😜1

Yosemite Nat'l Park. The 1st time I saw it, I went home, gave my job & apartment 30 days notice and moved just outside the park.
Stayed for 30 years. I'd still be there if it weren't for the yearly wildfire evacuations I went through, couldn't take it any more.5
