This mor to got the salt bloat 185!!
Ate so much salt. I know that's what that was!! Today has been good besides the mental struggle with the # on the scale I'm good. I made myself post it because if I do I have to own it the cause and make it right!! Today has been good!! Nothing extra. Haven't worked out yet. ....so hopefully I'll squeeze that it tonight!! Fingers crossed!! Off to a good start overcome and move forward!!1 -

Today is my early as *kitten* day!! I'm sleepy!!! Today is lots of running around!! Gonna be cold this morning! That will be super fun!! 183.4! Yep the salt bloat is coming off! I forget how much information I learn with daily weigh ins. Cause I was on a gain I got scared of the scale again. It's a tool. need to utilize my tools!! Gonna daily wiegh in for a while till I get my head out of my butt cave!! Help me remember why the numbers change!! Everything can effect that scale and that is ok!! I am ok with where I am, I know where I have been and I am *kitten* excited about the future ahead!!! I've done this before time to do it again!! Now if I can get logging my food again that will be the game changer!! Got this0

It won't let me log sex as exercise any more!! Booooooo last night was almost 2 hours of sweating!! At least 30 mins of hard cardio for me and a ton of yoga!! That counts!! So I put line dancing in there instead hahah if y'all see that in the diary you know what it means!! 182.4 this morning!! Nice watching the salt bloat come off!! I'm gonna work out so you will probably see another weigh in after I work out today!! Feeling better every day!!!0

Yep yep 181.2!! I could feel it!! Getting my groove back!! I can feel my body again....or maybe it's been communicating and I haven't been listening. Well I am tuned in and giving it what it craves!! Yoga calisthenics and a 2 mile couch to 5k!! Nailed it too!! Felt good!! I feel like this is a great start!! Still won't let me give y'all an updated photo stupid thing!!0

Until it is actually logged you never know what that count is.... yesterday I was like I'm doing so good. Finally got all the numbers In this morning....hahaha I can do way better. I will give myself this. Compared to the last few weeks yes yesterday was amazing!! Yes it needs to improve!! I am laying a gooooood foundation and not jumping in too fast!! So that's good. Slow and steady habit changes!! Bout to weigh in and then workout a lil!! 182.2 before work out!! I did have a lil salt yesterday again. Caught myself before I went crazy. I am craving salt lately?? What does that mean?? Time to study!!!0

Well it's been a blast of a weekend!! Sold salsa yesterday in the rain!! Had a slow but steady crowd!! It was good for my very first time sitting out selling!! Haven't weighed myself since Thursday!! PMS HIT!! Scale has been up and down all week!! Gonna weigh in tomorrow!! Today I am taking a rest day!! Much needed!! Of course I got stuff to do. Clean my kitchen. Get all the sale stuff outta my car!! Fold laundry. Got get se groceries and drop off the girls friend!! Soooooo rest day is still jammed full of full body exercise!! Lol I need a vacation!!!0

Eat when you are hungry stop when you are satisfied!!
Listen to your body!!
Head out of butt cave!! Gonna move forward. Yesterday was a very emotional day. Mom stuff in the morning and kid stuff at night. I am overwhelmed. Not gonna let that interrupt my self care. Being aware helps. Y'all I really wanna do this!! I know I can.....1 -

182.6 today!! coming off that time of the month so I'm not disappointed at all I Believe by the end of the week I will probably drop two to three pounds hoping fingers crossed I'm really going hard this week. Big goals today going to log my food drink my water and hopefully get a workout in at the end of the day I may not today though I know I will for sure tomorrow today I am trying to purchase a work mule and a fun toy all in one1

Yesterday was a Tuesday!! Haha always whacky!! Wentto lunch with friends. Made great choices!! Yes I did have the margaritas! But I ate fajitas no tortillas no beans and no rice! Meat veggies salsa and a lil sour cream! Last night did good too. Didn't get it all logged but I'm 181.2 this morning!! Woo woo!! Didn't over do it snacking!! Getting better and better!! Today wanna workout then do school with the girls then yard work with the fam!! Got a new side by side yesterday!! Wanna go ride around in it!! Use it for all the work we got round here!! Things are gooooooood!!1

Gooooooood morning!! 180.4 this morning!! Didn't log yesterday did ok. Lost track cause we went shopping at Sam's and Walmart sooooo time just went bye bye!! I didn't over do it!! I feel like I stayed green "line dancing" was some good calorie burn last night!! Anyone else starving after a romp in the sack?? Lol I always have to eat after!! We must be doing something right!!0

Weekend was crazy!! Sold salsa Saturday!! Yesterday my bro in law was here so we did a lil hunting and then napped all day!! That man snores and it puts me down for the count!! We all hit the throw pillows on my couch hard after an early brunch!! Today......I gotta log food and workout!! Woman on a mission!! But first I need a shower!! I didn't yesterday so I wouldn't smell like frilly soap and stuff....I smell all natural all right hahah weigh in today.......179.4 DID NOT EXPECT THAT!!! YAH YAH!! GREAT START TO THE WEEK!! 182.6 salt. Damn spicy peanuts are my weakness lately. I didn't go over board just ate salty beans and chips and nuts .....today no nuts less salt and hopefully more movement!! Cleaned my house .... somewhat yesterday!! Still got so much to do!! But I got it!! Haha1

Line dancing was great last night!! Woo woo hahah I'm a lucky lady!! I didn't eat the house after either!! That's amazing!! I'm always starving after date night!! 182.2 don't judge me the peanuts are now gone and I'm planning a badass chicken salad for tonight!! Making better decisions day by day!! Yesterday was crazy. My husband is an asshat sometimes and yesterday he was full blown!! It rolled into me firing a cleaning specialist. It was coming, just didn't want it to go down like that. Got to do some yoga and a lil yard work. Very frustrated with my routine right now. Non existent!! Life is so weird right now. I keep telling myself choose how you feel....then boom something happens that I am not ready for and down I go. Stayed away from salt. hit the cookies kinda hard yesterday!! I want to be different I want a better feeling body! I want my energy back! I need to get this going sooooooo bad!!! Aaaahhhhhhhhhh bout to weigh in and I'm not excited! Feeling angry today. So angry.....179.6....now i feel a lil better hahaha salt gotta stay off the menu for a while!! Sometimes I feel just crazy. Food heals my heart and tears it apart at the same time. I'm so tired of fighting something that I can't quit. Anything that has ever done this to me. I walk away. But food ya gotta have. Food is in my face! Foooooooood!! *kitten* I need help!! Lmmfao insanity has me down today. Focus on water and eat for the simple reason that you are hungry. Make the habits shift and your mind will follow!! Do the work.2

This week has been so weird!!! For real!!! I'm kinda over it!! Ready for a break!! Glad it's FRIYAH!! Gotta do a first time clean today! Excited cause I'm opening up a new area!! It's always fun and exciting!! Usually takes 2-3 months to build a good report and get a full schedule built! Amanda is the main cleaning specialist for the new area! I'm filling in cause she had too many houses wanting today! Friday is the busiest day of the week. People want their house weekend ready!! Lol before I leave gonna knock out a lil yoga and calisthenics!! Clean for 2-3 hours I'll burn a good bit of calories today!! I need to clean my own house again......already!! It's nuts!! Bout to get on the scale and see if it loves me today!! Got a lil car sick yesterday. Sooooo we ate dairy Queen cause I was not cooking after that!! I am happy I didn't go over board and eat it all!! Scarfed down half the meal and said I'm good. That's amazing!! Not gonna lie had some cookies and a lil cereal when I got home. That's all I ate all day. Sooooo I know I was under!! Haven't had time to actually log anything!! Which is fine. I only log food when I can't keep my self in control. I'm getting things back on a good routine. Eating when I'm hungry stopping when I am satisfied. Feel better. No rock belly. Think all the over eating is finally out of my body!! Weeks of piling it in adds up!! Our body can't move it through if we take in too much too fast!! 180.2 probably a lil salt bloat and Dr. Pepper bloat! I only drank like 3 sips. That's amazing!! Lil habit changes will make all the difference over time! I am not rushing or pushing to fast. Just making better decisions everyday0

179.6 kept my *kitten* together for the most part this weekend!! Yah!! Sunday I over did it. Ate tooooo much!! But I focused yesterday while I was out and about did really good. I'm ready to move forward now. Gonna really push this week. Christmas day will be my free day cheat day sweets day!! Goal drink water cut sugar and salt!! Y'all once I get on a roll I can do this.....damn I am so over the mental battle!!!!!!! Life long struggle!!0

Well let's put it this way y'all if I thought my stress level was high the last few weeks I did not have a clue we have had a cleaning specialist have a miscarriage at a house she was cleaning we have had another cleaning specialist with a tumor in her stomach rupture while she was that a house cleaning we have one cleaning specialist out with no car and the other cleaning specialized is back from having a super duper bad cold at the beginning of the week the win for the day is I weighed in at 178 this morning yeah yeah badass that's because I burned about 1,500 calories cleaning houses yesterday in about the same amount today cleaning 4 to 6 oz today freaking nuts I'm messaging you all today in between houses didn't even get a chance to say anything this morning cuz I was on the run0

So it just kept getting worse and worse yesterday!!! A girl stole froma clients home!!! She admitted it. Gave almost everything back!! Gotta buy a bottle of vodka. Customer refused to press charges made my life HELL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Todqy gotta drive 3 hours to a house and 3 hours back!! *kitten*!!!!!! I need a break!! Fo real!! Gonna step on the scale and hopefully that will brighten my mood!!! 177.4!!!! Yeeeeeees going down y'all!!!0

Survived!!!! 178.4!! That's amazing for two days of eating!!!!! Hahaha I'm excited!! Got a new yoga mat gonna try it out this morning!! Use my old one to protect this one!! If it ain't too chilly I'm gonna go out side!! Since it's rarely cold we don't have clothes for it. Soooooo I usually just work out in the house when I wimp out!!1

178.8 after work out!! My muscles are soooooo sore!!! Hahaha yes!! I feel like I'm getting back some strength I had lost!! Yoga is getting easier and I'm able to flow through poses without shaking!! 2021 this is the year I get rid of the jiggle. This journey is about to rev up a lil!! Get ready y'all!! You will see a massive transformation in my posts from the last 8 sad months!! Gonna conquer this for me!! This year is almost over and a new 1 will begin!! Let's see what happens!!
