    RIP Dimebag Darrell.
When I was in my best shape of my life 15 years ago Pantera gets a bulk of the credit for the mental fuel. Though most of the Metal I listen to is pre 90's Metal.

Pantera and slayer are my music playlist. I listen to them every time I workout.

    Melodic Metal Fanatic here!

    In This Moment
    Five Finger Death Punch
    Straight Line Stitch
    Chevelle
    Nonpoint
    Sevendust
    OTEP
    All That Remains
    Stone Sour

All of these. I saw Sevendust a couple of months ago with Coal Chamber. CC still hated each other (despite the reunion tour) and it really showed on stage. Sevendust, however, was awesome. They were loving being up there, loving the crowd, and it made a huge difference in the energy.

3 Inches of Blood! and I love me some GWAR... fyeah! Although I generally lean toward punk. I'm on a Pennywise kick right now, they are pretty abrasive and fast paced but still melodic and it keeps me moving.

I listen to alot of 80's and 90's Metal/Hard Rock

The bands I have on my workout playlist are:

    Metallica - Disposable Heroes
Caught Somewhere In Time - Iron Maiden
    Phantom Of The Opera (Live)
    Blackened - Metallica
Holy Wars (Punishment Due) - Megadeth
Into The Void - Black Sabbath
    Sleepwalker - Megadeth
    Indians - Anthrax
Crying In The Rain - Whitesnake
    Damage Inc. - Metallica
    Trippin' - Godsmack
The Number Of The Beast - Iron Maiden
Hear About It Later - Van Halen
    Here To Stay - Korn
    Aces High - Iron Maiden
    Freewheel Burning - Judas Priest
    Moon Baby - Godsmack
    Red Hot - Motley Crue
    Helter Skelter - Motley Crue
    Midnight Mover - Accept

Take out the Whitesnake and Van Halen and you've stolen my playlist.

I need my daily fix of Priest, Maiden, Pantera, Slayer, Megadeth and Machine Head, oh and pre Black Album Metallica before Bob Rock turned them into a pop band.
