    Leaping leprechauns. I needed/wanted to lose 77 pounds and now my goal remains at 52 pounds. I did not think I met Feb's goal of 169, but, maybe so!
    March 1 169.8-171 today. Lovely sunshine but cold. Within cal goals and exercised.

    Goal March 32 - 165 pounds anything. I will stay with cals everyday and exercise daily. EXCEPT ... son has birthday. Might need to buy a cupcake cake -- but won't eat more than 1 portion.

    Try to keep the green grass off yer shoes.

    July - lost 3lbs...then went on holiday and gained 5lbs back 🙄
    August- lost 2lbs
    September and October - I went off it and put all the weight and more back on 😔

    December - gained 4lbs 😬
    January - lost 2lbs
    February - gained 5lbs 😫 nearly back to square one!

    I have joined in with this a few times over the last 3 months, but due to sticking my head in the sand I have only once made it to the end of a month!  Well, following a close bereavement and quitting smoking, I saw a 6lb gain in February.  I really want to see a change in March, and hope to start seeing a more downward trend again!  Goal is small, but need to gain back control.  I will focus on tracking food and moving more.

    Started 9th Nov. 
    Nov lost: 10.4lb
    Dec lost: 7.7lb
    Jan lost: 9.1lb
    Feb GAIN: 6lb (bereavement/quit smoking)

    2 Mar - 14st 1.5 (+0.2lb) - not the right direction!

    Been run down last few days with cold, so haven’t really been eating well. I will be recording my weight on here weekly even though I weigh daily. I’ve put a goal for 205 but happy to lose 5lbs and get to 208.

    Well hello reality! 👋 My husband is out of town, so I did a TON of meal prepping yesterday. That will really help me stay on the wagon this week. I’m also going to start to more seriously log what I’m eating again. I got away from it, but I need to pay better attention.
