@kellyswimmer Have you considered a temporary dietary curveball to get the scale moving again? Something like...skip a meal, have a brunch instead, larger breakfast/small dinner, or vice versa, don't have any meals for a day and just snack instead, do your exercise routine backwards, do half a routine, or double, ..., something to change the routine? Just a thought.0

2 MAR- 142.6 lb - I need to do better! I've been playing the mainteinece game for about 2 weeks now. Which is still good... but I'd really like to kick this last 2.6lbs to the curb! Hoping this is the month!
3 MAR- 142.8 lb - Late dinner & drinking a bunch of water today so this was expected.
4 MAR- 142 lb - There we go! A good poo & lighter dinner.
5 MAR- 141 lb - Salad for dinner lastnight and didn't snack on the kids dinner/snacks lastnight. Helps alot!
6 MAR- 142 lb- Welp... I had a large dinner lastnight, so not too surprised!1 -

I began with goal of 80 pounds to lose, now have 50 more to go. This was my first day of 'negative' since Jan 17.
I will return to sanity tomorrow.
March 1 169.8-171 today. Lovely sunshine but cold. Within cal goals and exercised.
March 2 168.9 Warmer today - going outside to work in yard.
March 3 Official weigh-in 168.8 on their scale whoop!
March 4 weighed early, scale said 165.8 however had not drank, eaten, and now I am stuffed.
March 5 scale is in a snit and suggesting I am up to 167.4. Ate high sugar today so must repent, going to Y pool and have 'gardened' today.
March 6 166.0 scale loves me, also checked at Y where scale just weighs whoever 168.
Goal March 32 - 165 pounds anything. I will stay with cals everyday and exercise daily. EXCEPT ... son's birthday. Over 300 in calories unless you give credit for exercise. I will draw back these next 4 days, drink much more to get excess salt out of system. Hope everyone is well here.

Oct 2016: finally hit my target of 155
Dec 2018: Had gradually wavered up again to 170s
Jan 2019: still wavering round 170

Hey, all! Read that some have sunshine, technically so does Tidewater Virginia but we also have cold temp and cutting wind. I might be trying to drop about 49 pounds today -- well, as a goal, not all in this 1 day although I am open to , , , I am being remorseful for yesterday's binge eating.

6th March 202.6 lbs although my weight has increased in the last 12 months my waist has reduced by 8cm. I was so surprised! Given me the boost I need! Got another check up in a month!
