    You look great and congrats, but I disagree with almost every word. But, you're accomplishment is outstanding.

    I'm pretty sure the whole point is that we all have our reasons as to why we decided to change our lives. How can you disagree with that? I did this for several reasons, and he has listed a few of them. I am doing this so that I can play with my kid and be healthy for him, so that I have more energy to get things done, such as cleaning my house without getting breathless, and I'm doing it to feel better about myself.
