    There is such a thing as a bottle bidet. They are lovely especially at certain times of the month when one feels less tidy than usual.

    Just be careful with the paper towels - don't use as much if you don't want a clog. Shower after if you have to. Paper napkins too but again be careful.

    Myself, I'll just build an outhouse and use crumpled up junk mail.

    I can't figure out why nobody is saying baby wipes. I use them on my butt every time I do a number 2 anyway. Lol.
    If baby wipes were no longer available, probably wet paper towels or just get in shower and bend over.

    I use baby wipes all the time even from before. They are sold too.

    I haven’t done anything but keeping my hands sanitized and clean. I haven’t even bought toilet paper yet, still using what I had from last time I went shopping.
