    4/3: 30min Tabata + 75min run (10k)
    4/4: 90min πŸš΄β€β™‚οΈ w. kids + 15min Lazy Girl w. Dupre + planks + cleaning the basement πŸ˜„
    4/5: 60min πŸš΄β€β™‚οΈ + 30min πŸ‹οΈβ€β™€οΈ (dumbbell), w. interruptions 😐
    4/6: (technically the next day 😣) 45min HIIT
    4/7: 30+min Day 1 of GBC + 90+min walk.
    4/8: 30min πŸš΄β€β™‚οΈ + 20min "aerobic" (4 min planks, 10 min resistance band, 7 mins to stronger abs).
    4/9: about 45 min. Day 2 of GBC + 45 min quick walk w. hubs 😍. Cleaning&cooking, too

    Don't know for sure how to log today... I was up on my feet all day, sorting stuff, cooking, organzing the basement...
