Goal: 30 hrs4/1: 45min HIIT (Janette Jenkins)
4/2: 45min Day 1 of GBC + 60min walking
4/3: 30min Tabata + 75min run (10k)
4/4: 90min 🚴♂️ w. kids + 15min Lazy Girl w. Dupre + planks + cleaning the basement 😄
4/5: 60min 🚴♂️ + 30min 🏋️♀️ (dumbbell), w. interruptions 😐
4/6: (technically the next day 😣) 45min HIIT
4/7: 30+min Day 1 of GBC + 90+min walk.
4/8: 30min 🚴♂️ + 20min "aerobic" (4 min planks, 10 min resistance band, 7 mins to stronger abs).
4/9: about 45 min. Day 2 of GBC + 45 min quick walk w. hubs 😍. Cleaning&cooking, too
4/10: 40 min run, 5 min planks and lots of housework
4/11: 1:45 cleaning + 30 min workout
4/12: 1:45+ of family walking + 45 min Day 1 of GBC
4/13: 30 min circuit + 30 min walk
4/14: 45 min strength. Day 2 of GBC
4/15: 45 min biking + 15 min walking
4/16: 20 min strenght, half of Day 1 of GBC
4/17: 60 min biking with the boys
4/18: I'll say 2hrs, because I was on my feet all day, cleaning&cooking
4/19: 45 min Day 2 of GBC
4/20: 45 min workout (Tabata + Dupre's booty workout) + 45 min biking
4/21: 45 min strength (Day 1 of GBC) + 45 min quick walk
4/22: 30 min HIIT and 37 min run
4/23: 45 min strength + 30 min various cardio. Still a bit above my cal alotment
4/24: 45 min run, PR (10kmh) + 30 min biking
4/25: 2h biking, trip with one son + shopping
4/26: 45min strength (Day1 of GBC) + 1h biking + 1,5h family walk, slow pace
4/27: 45 min cadio (Janette Jenkins) + 30 min biking (and some football playing)
4/28: 45 min strength (Day 2 of GBC) + 15 min tabata + 30 min walk
4/29: 40 min run + 20 min workout
4/30: 30-45 min lifting + 20 min tabata+arms + 45 min walk
Total to date: 41 hrs or more 🥳
