    5/3 211.6 Did a virtual Spartan race yesterday, I'm signed up for an actual Spartan race this summer, but it's looking like it will be cancelled. The virtual Spartan race was a challenge sometimes, but it felt great to get it done.

    We had subs for dinner and everytime I eat subs I get some serious bloat going on. It should be gone in a day or two it's just so uncomfortable to feel swollen 😒
